Your New Job

As a Security Technician, you will perform a varied job with both larger projects and smaller service assignments. It is important for us that our technicians have the right conditions for their assignments, and we therefore offer both internal and external training.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance service of various security systems and equipment
• Identify deficiencies and improvements based on customer needs
• Document completed work in the company's support system
• Provide feedback to customers and management after completing assignments or at the end of the workday

You are also responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing customer relationships and promoting upselling by being attentive and building good relationships.

At Bravida Kalmar, every week begins with a short meeting where we go through the week's tasks and plan the work ahead. With the help of modern digital systems, you will have the opportunity to independently plan your workday while having great trust and support from your colleagues.

As part of our security team within the large service department, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with others. Your work will vary from installations and service to troubleshooting and repairs – always with a focus on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

In your role, you will use digital tools to document your work, order materials, and maintain contact with both colleagues and customers. The day ends with compiling the work and preparing for the next day.

We are looking for someone who has

• Technical education, preferably in Electrical or technical knowledge/interest
• Experience with security systems
• Experience in service
• Driver's license (B)

As a person, we are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a desire to develop and take responsibility. To fit the role, we see that you are communicative and enjoy working in a team. Since you will have a lot of contact with customers, we expect you to have a sense of service and preferably a pedagogical ability.

We require a criminal record extract if you proceed in the process.
